This French style Verte Absinthe is inspired by the French Cafe scene of the Belle Epoch. While these were typically sweeter than their predecessors, our Absinthe Verte straddles the line between a rich, luxurious Belle Epoch Absinthe and its bitter early beginnings as a medicinal tincure.
